Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CraftCodely SRL ("Omniyond," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Omniyond platform at omniyond.com.

By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use Omniyond.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Omniyond. By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials

To use Omniyond, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

Omniyond is a pay-per-use HTTP API for AI agents and developers. Our service includes:

• A job scheduler that runs HTTP requests once or on a recurring interval, with automatic retries and delivery to storage or a callback
• Optional downstream payments, where a scheduled job pays a third-party x402 API on your behalf, up to a per-run cap you set
• Utility endpoints such as QR code, Open Graph image, and PDF generation, and short links
• A Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint that exposes these tools to AI agents

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Your use of Omniyond is subject to your available credit balance and any published rate limits. You agree not to:

• Exceed your published rate limits or attempt to bypass metering
• Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized users (except members of a shared project you administer)
• Use the service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Create malware, spam, or malicious content using AI
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine our platform without permission
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Generate content that violates third-party rights or laws

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Omniyond executes the HTTP requests you schedule and, where you enable it, pays third-party x402 APIs on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• Your destinations - You are responsible for the URLs, payloads, and downstream APIs you configure, and for your right to call them.
• Delivery - We make reasonable efforts to execute and deliver scheduled runs but do not guarantee that any third-party endpoint will be available or respond correctly.
• Downstream charges - When you enable downstream payments, you authorize Omniyond to spend up to the per-run cap you set; settled on-chain payments are non-reversible.
• No liability - We are not liable for the content, availability, or actions of third-party services you call through Omniyond.
• Compliance - You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service and any downstream services complies with applicable laws and their terms.

We are committed to protecting your data. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Key points:

• We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties (except trusted service providers)
• We implement industry-standard security measures
• You can request account deletion at any time by emailing support@omniyond.com

• Uptime - We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance - We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Support - Support is available via email at support@omniyond.com
• Response times - Support is handled directly by the founder
• Force majeure - We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, cyber attacks, infrastructure failures, etc.)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Service provided "as is" - Omniyond is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• No guarantees - We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• Limited liability - Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Omniyond is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Excluded damages - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
• User responsibility - You are solely responsible for your use of the service and any consequences thereof

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CraftCodely SRL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of Omniyond
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you send through Omniyond or requests you schedule
• The downstream services and destinations you call through Omniyond

• Your termination rights - You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion via support@omniyond.com
• Our termination rights - We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk
• Effect of termination - Upon termination:
  • Your access to the service will cease
  • Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Unused prepaid credits are non-refundable except as described above
• Survival - Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination

• Governing law - These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles
• Jurisdiction - Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania
• Arbitration - Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation
• Class action waiver - You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.

Continued use of Omniyond after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.

• Entire agreement - These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Omniyond
• Severability - If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• No waiver - Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment - You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
• Force majeure - We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
